Front Line Yoga's Mission

Many living on the street are doing so as a result of Trauma, PTSD, and Addiction related issues. Regardless of the type of Trauma an individual has experienced, there is a common theme shared by all: the need for personal safety, space and boundaries. Setting Personal Boundaries - protecting self is top priority! This is where the idea of a yoga mat came in - and where the idea of Front Line Yoga was born - it is our mission to bring yoga mats and other necessary items to those living on the streets through yoga and the yoga community.
